How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal for real-time updates.
What is your return policy for manufactured goods?
Unused stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-manufactured parts are non-refundable unless they fail to meet the agreed-upon technical specifications.
Do you provide technical certifications for your products?
Yes, we can provide Certificates of Conformance (CoC), Material Test Reports (MTRs), and other compliance documentation upon request at the time of order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. For established corporate accounts, we also offer Net 30 credit terms subject to approval.
