Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Packaging

  Securely pack the items in their original industrial packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping container.

• 3.
  Ship to Facility

  Send the package via a tracked carrier to our central distribution warehouse; we recommend insuring high-value manufacturing components.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the inventory's condition, a refund or credit will be issued to your account within 5-7 business days.
